Customer satisfaction couldn’t be more important to us, and we realize returns are sometimes necessary. As part of an excellent customer care mindset, we like for returns and exchanges to be the easiest they can be and for our policy to be forthright.
Please note that purchases of items that are on sale, discounted or marked clearance are considered final.
Returns are accepted only if the item was damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong merchandise.
Please be aware that colors and patterns may vary from photos on our website in comparison to the actual merchandise due to a variety of factors. This includes variances in the item itself (such as hues or naturally varying patterns in fabrics), and in the case of hand-crafted or hand-painted items such as MacKenzie-Childs, variances are to be expected and part of the items’ charm. Other elements, such as lighting and differences in computer monitor color temperature, may also affect display of merchandise, especially under different conditions. These types of variances from product to product are not considered defects.
We allow two full weeks (14 calendar days) from the date the merchandise is delivered (according to official shipment tracking) to return unused/unworn items. We will be glad to issue store credit or make an exchange.
Clothing or other fashion items must be in new condition with original tags still attached. Any packaging the article came in or with must be included. Clothing items are ineligible for return or exchange if they have been:
--Worn beyond just trying on the item.
–Stained in any way, including from deodorants, food or drinks; likewise regarding odors (such as from deodorant, fabric treatments, pets, cigarette smoke, or perfume).
--Altered in any way.
–Otherwise damaged after receipt.
All other items must not have been used, and be free from “wear and tear,” damage or other alteration. All original packaging and tags must be attached/included.
To Request A Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first. We cannot honor returned items of which we were not notified beforehand.
Please take photo(s) of the item(s) to document the damage or defect; we will request that you send us these.
We will discuss with you the best route to return the merchandise and we will provide instructions.
What to Expect
Returns are processed when we receive the returned merchandise in satisfactory condition (per the above). We will issue store credit or ship the item to be exchanged, commonly with 14 calendar days.
We will notify you promptly if the item(s) returned to us do not meet the stipulations above, or is/are not as described when the return was requested.
